We do not offer airport transfers ourselves, but highly recommend using the Bonaire-taxi application to order a taxi. You can find more information about this app on: bonaire-taxi.com – Booking a taxi on Bonaire has never been this easy!.It is also possible to get a taxi at the airport itself. Please make sure the numberplate of the taxi starts with the letters ‘TX’. These cars are official taxi’s.

Yes, that’s possible. We have different cars available.

We have more than enough parking available in front of the Resort.

Restaurant guests are welcome to park on-site from 5:30 PM onwards. Before this time, parking within the resort is reserved for hotel guests, guests with a disability, and visitors aged 70 or older.

Cancellations:

  • Up to 60 days before arrival: USD 50
  • 59 to 21 days before arrival: 20% of the travel sum
  • 20 to 7 days before arrival: 50% of the travel sum
  • From 6 days before arrival up to and including the day of arrival: 100% of the travel sum
  • No-shows: 100% of the travel sum

This can be accommodated upon availability. The associated costs vary per accommodation type. You can either request this in advance through the Reservations department or at the Front Desk when you are on property. It is also possible to reserve a shower moment in one of our accommodations at the reception on the day of departure.

Our kitchens are open till 10.00pm and our bar is open till 00.00am. There are different restaurants and a minimarket within walking distance of the Resort.

We offer a convenient laundry service for our hotel guests! At the reception you can purchase coins for the washing machines, and our staff will provide you with instructions.

At Chogogo Resort, we use standard Dutch outlets operating at 230 volts.

We provide adapters for our guests. Please note that these adapters are not converters. Adapters adjust your plug to fit our outlets, but they do not change the voltage. Ensure that your devices are suitable for 230 volts to prevent damage.

Cleaning is done every third day of your stay (the day of arrival is not included). If you wish to have additional daily cleaning, this is available for an extra charge. Please contact us at reservations.bonaire@chogogo.com to arrange this.
