Job description:
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Assistent Restaurant Manager to join our team. As Assistent Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our restaurant team, creating a great guest experience and achieving financial goals.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in ensuring the quality of dishes, hygiene, and safety in the restaurant
• Assisting in managing inventory, ordering, and deliveries
• Assisting in maintaining relationships with suppliers and ensuring efficient purchasing
• Assisting in developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies to increase revenue
• Assisting in communicating with the owners and management regarding the performance of the restaurant

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Good knowledge of the hospitality industry
• Experience preparing financial reports and managing budgets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken
