Restaurant Biña is an exclusive fine-dining restaurant located at Chogogo Dive and Beach Resort, where gastronomy and hospitality meet. At Biña, we are looking for an enthusiastic bar/waitstaff member to join our team. As a bar/Host(ess) member, you will be the face of our service and ensure that our guests have an unforgettable experience. 

What will you do? 

• Welcome guests and provide them with friendly and professional service. 
• Take orders and serve food and drinks. 
• Prepare and serve drinks at the bar. 
• Maintain a clean and well-organized workspace. 
• Advise guests about our menu and beverage selection. 
• Support the team to ensure smooth and efficient service. 
• Create a positive and guest-oriented atmosphere in the restaurant. 

What do we expect from you? 

• Experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a fine-dining restaurant. 
• A friendly, guest-oriented attitude with a passion for customer service. 
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently with attention to detail. 
• Good team spirit but able to work independently. 
• Proficiency in both Dutch and English. 
• Flexibility and willingness to work different shifts (evenings, weekends).
