Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly, outgoing and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress or Bartender to join our team at Chogogo Dive & Beach Resort. As a Waiter/Waitress or Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests. You will work closely with the restaurant team to ensure that all guests have a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take and serve food and drink orders
• Ensure that all guests are satisfied with their meals
• Follow up on guests’ satisfaction throughout the meal
• Handle payment transactions
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Provide information on menu items and specials
• Adhere to all food safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar customer service role
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
